The Brooks Area Recreation is a 501© (3) non-profit organization providing a recreation softball experience for our youth. Our league operates on money generated through registration fees, concession stand proceeds, inner-league fundraisers, and outside sponsors.

This letter is written in hopes that you will consider purchasing a sponsorship banner with your company name and/or logo. Without the support of individuals, businesses, and organizations like you, it would be very difficult for our league to operate. We appreciate your willingness to consider sponsoring and welcome any questions you may have.
 

What Sponsorship Money Goes To:

Money raised will go towards the purchase of equipment including but not limited to: Equipment and training aids.
Pitching Machines for the batting cage and for field use
Stationary hitting machines
Training aids for use by teams
Improvement of catcher’s equipment
Equipment to improve the quality of the fields

Sponsors Will Receive*:

A banner ad on our website with a link to your website or social media page A special spotlight of the week (subject to availability)
A banner with business logo at our ballpark

 Direct Batting Cage Sponsorship – Listing on the website. Upon completion of Batting Cage, donors over $500.00 will have logos placed on plaque. Donors over $2000.00 will have extra-large logos placed on plaque. Plaque to be located on/near batting cage. Goal - $20,000.00

 Direct Batting Cage Sponsorship will have 100% allocated to Batting Cage
