Brooks Youth Softball Sponsorship

The Brooks Area Recreation is a 501© (3) non-profit organization providing a recreation softball experience for our youth. Our league operates on money generated through registration fees, concession stand proceeds, inner-league fundraisers, and outside sponsors.

 This letter is written in hopes that you will consider purchasing a sponsorship banner with your company name and/or logo. Without the support of individuals, businesses, and organizations like you, it would be very difficult for our league to operate. We appreciate your willingness to consider sponsoring and welcome any questions you may have. 
 

What Sponsorship Money Goes To:

Equipment and training aids. Money raised will go towards the purchase of equipment including but not limited to:

Pitching Machines for the batting cage and for field use

Stationary hitting machines

Training aids for use by teams

Improvement of catcher’s equipment

Equipment to better improve the quality of the fields
 

Sponsors Will Receive*:

A banner ad on our website with a link to your website or social media page 
 A special spotlight of the week (subject to availability) 
 A banner with business logo at our ballpark 
Recognition on the Brooks Youth Softball Facebook page

We gratefully accept contributions of any level and will work with your organization to provide adequate recognition for your contributions. 

All contributions will be split 50 | 50 with the sponsored Brooks Pressure team and Brooks Softball.

All contributions to the team will not exceed $1500.
